If the service is not available internally, users can send service requests to external service providers which will be posted to the HomePlus Connect application. This allows each request to be directed to the authorized service person/team outside the community. Once they accept the request, the app tracks the progress from submission to resolution.

Once registered, the HomePlus team will guide you through the setup process and offer complete support to help you launch the platform smoothly.
